I have a booking - what happens now?
We will be in touch with you directly via email over the next weeks to discuss how you would like to proceed. Please be patient as we do have a very small team working on this currently. We will be working through the closest bookings first as a priority.
What are my options?
Credit note - We are offering all bookings a credit voucher to use at Cherry Tree Farm at a later date. Reschedule - Bookings can be rescheduled, but with the uncertainty of this unique situation we cannot guarantee we will be open on the date you move your booking to. Cancel - Honouring our original terms and conditions, we can also provide a refund for your booking. 100% of your deposit will be refunded if cancelled within 21 days prior to your booking.
When will you be reopening?
We very much hope the world will be back to normal and we can open again asap! We will be monitoring this situation closely and will post updates on our website and social media as soon as decisions have been made.
